YogaThis practice has been the backbone to my life for the last ten years. It's something that is always there for me, from rooftops to beaches, the moving meditation of asana not only keeps my body strong, but my mind flexible. I carve out time in each day to focus on myself through movement and meditation, and when possible share the practice with others through my teachings.

EducationFrom an early age I've loved school, it was a place I felt comfortable, confident and able. I realize now what a privilege this is, not only having had access to a good education throughout my life, but feeling welcomed and as if I belonged within the walls of the school building. I grew up with supportive educators, individuals who made an impression on me and effect the passion and commitment I now hold as an educator.
